Another month has passed us by which means it’s time for the Vegan Cuts Snack Box Roundup. In March, we were lucky enough to have Bianca Phillips from the blog Vegan Crunk co-curate the contents. And we have to say, she did an amazing job! There was something for everyone—from fizzy soda to crunchy chips to wholesome cereal—tummies were happy across the globe.

St. Patrick’s Day has us in a green mood so why not push our festive spirits a little further by indulging in green foods all month long, too? Since we can’t really munch on shamrocks, let’s shift our focus towards the next best choice… Kale! Packed with antioxidant-rich vitamins A, C, and K—and a healthy dose of minerals and calcium, of course—this leafy green is becoming more popular every day.

Helloooo March! For those of us in the Northern Hemisphere, warmer weather is on the way…eventually. In the meantime, we must sustain ourselves with yummy snacks. Hopefully the contents of last month’s Vegan Cuts Snack Box—raw macaroons, kettle chips, chocolate bars, and more—kept everybody happy, full, and energized.
You may not know this—well, you definitely do if you go way back to the Vegan Backpacker days—but our co-founders have a serious case of wanderlust that they’re not going to recover from any time soon.
