Everybody would like to benefit from the expert advise of a world-renowned personal fitness trainer, right? Well, we’re not giving away training sessions (this time) but we do have some killer products to share from 22 Days Nutrition, and that’s almost the same thing.

After trying out their protein bars and protein powder mixes, which are all-vegan, gluten-free, and soy-free, we just had to tell you about the awesome benefits that come from these smartly-designed protein sources. 22 Days protein snack bars and drink mixes were designed by an athlete/exercise physiologist for athletes of all kinds, whether you’re a professional sportsplayer, marathon runner, or weekend warrior. Founder Marco Borges spent over 20 years as a fitness trainer, teaching people like Jay-Z how to live a healthy lifestyle.

All of the 22 Days products are:

Most of the protein in their products comes from organic brown rice powder, which is a readily available, gluten-free source of plant protein. Because rice powder doesn’t have a strong flavor, it also makes it easy to use in flavored products, so you can almost forget that you’re eating something so good for you!

PB+Chocolate Chip Nirvana Protein Bars

This is a hearty protein snack bar best noshed before or after an intense workout. The Nirvana bars have a dense, almost fudgey texture and combine two of our favorite flavors: peanut butter and chocolate. Naturally sweetened with dates, you won’t mistake this for a candy bar, but you also won’t mind gnawing on this healthful treat after your workout. And, with 20 grams of plant protein per bar, your body will thank you

On-the-go protein drink can be mixed with water or your favorite fruit juice to become a glass of healthy power fuel. With 22 grams of protein, 22 Days protein powder offers a wide array of amino acids to support your body and your mind.

Both flavors blend well with water. Because of the high protein content of the powder, the texture of the resulting protein drink can be thick. The consistency can be improved by adding a handful of your favorite fruits or veggies to the blender. Both the vanilla and chocolate variety are sweetened with stevia as well, which factors into the flavor profile.

The protein powders also contain an organic fruit and vegetable blend designed to support an active, healthy body and lifestyle, and an extra omega-3 boost with flax seed for a healthy heart. I’ve lost track of exactly how many “wins” that is, but it’s a lot.

    I love that a lot of the ingredients are organic plant based and soy free and high in nutrients. The bars are a higher quality snack bar than others I’ve seen at the market. It’s filled with high nutrients instead of unnecessary ingredients. Also the protein powder seems fueling filled with amino acids and whole foods ingredients that seem great after a workout or meal replacement or in a smoothie for a morning boost.
